A lot of us are keeping busy at home in order to stay safe and keep those around us safe.
That does not mean we cannot dream about the spring, warmer weather, and... gardens! 🌻🌱🌳🌞
If you could create an imaginary garden, what would you grow? What would be in your garden?
Get creative, and draw an imaginary garden. Think about everything you would want to have in your garden. Maybe you want trees or a pond? Maybe you want a lot of fruits and vegetables? Maybe a sculpture? The options are endless!
See below for the imaginary garden Ms. Megan created! Ms.Megan planted eight (8) fruits, vegetables, and plants that you can eat and enjoy. Can you find all of them?
Ms. Megan also drew her garden helper, Mila, the cat 🐈. See if you can find her next to one of her favorite fruits to eat!
Older students, label the things that you draw in your garden. After you have created your picture, write about what you drew and what you can find in the garden. Ms. Megan wrote a description of her garden for you to read below.
Happy drawing and dreaming!
